1. Read the agreement and send us an email! Our service technician will call to discuss the problem with you and guide you through a series of tests to determine if the fix is possible through remote services.

2. If the repair proceeds -
With your consent we ask for your credit card number which we bill after the job is complete. We then guide you through a safe & quick download where we are able to connect to your computer.
3. Whilst we have you on the phone -
We run through the repair remotely while you watch. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. Itís SAFE and SECURE. When the session is finished you will be advised of the cost and your card will be charged, an invoice will be emailed to you outlining the work that has been performed in the remote service.
4. What if the problem isn't fixed?
If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, there is a minimum fee for the remote login. You have the option to either bring the machine into the workshop or have an on-site technician call out to your home and office where we deduct the initial minimum fee should you proceed with the repair. The service technician will advise what will suit best.
Online Service Terms and Conditions Agreement.
BY SENDING AN EMAIL- you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the computer repair terms and conditions agreement below. YOU AGREE TO THESE REPAIR(S) TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED and no work will be done or charges will apply.
You have requested service from HIMARK COMPUTERS to diagnose and service your computer for a fee. You agree for HIMARK COMPUTERS to obtain your credit card details prior to work commencing and processing payment when the job is complete. In case of a situation where the job has commenced and is deemed unrepairable via remote service, a fee will apply, though may be deducted if the unit is physically brought into our service department or a replacement unit is purchased through HIMARK COMPUTERS.
Services and Diagnostic Fee.
HIMARK COMPUTERS will perform all necessary services reasonably necessary to properly complete the repair of your computer or system.
Once service is complete, your payment for the actual costs incurred and the final sum owed, is due upon completion. Should it be determined in the course of the performance of diagnostics that the problems on your computer are hardware based, HIMARK COMPUTERS will notify you of same and you may take or send the hardware HIMARK COMPUTERS, for service on the hardware; diagnostic fees may still be applicable. No adequate estimate of that expense can be determined without actually testing the hardware.
Transfer or Installation Services.
Unless otherwise agreed, HIMARK COMPUTERS is not liable for any and damages, costs, and expenses incurred as the result of any defect or damage to any software or data residing or recorded in your computer, whether incurred during the course of HIMARK COMPUTERS's services or otherwise. If service involves transferring information or installing software, you agree to the terms of the software license, and you authorize HIMARK COMPUTERS to transfer the information and accept such terms on your behalf in performing the service.
In servicing your computer, HIMARK COMPUTERS warrants that service will be performed in a professional and timely manner. All services are warranted for a period of 30 days at the discretion of HIMARK COMPUTERS. There is NO warranty for removal of viruses, spyware, adware or malware; if they are the cause of a repeat effort, you will be charged again for that service.
Limitation of Liability.
IF ANY DAMAGE SHOULD OCCUR WHILE YOUR COMPUTER OR SYSTEMS ARE BEING SERVICED, HIMARK COMPUTERS HAS NO LIABILITY FOR THE COST OF REPAIR OF THE AFFECTED COMPUTER. HIMARK COMPUTERS' ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE OF YOUR COMPUTER, WHETHER DUE TO HIMARK COMPUTERS'S ERROR OR NEGLIGENCE OR TO ANY OTHER REASON, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS THAT YOU PAY HIMARK COMPUTERS FOR SUCH SERVICE. HIMARK COMPUTERS HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER NOT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PERMITTED UNDER THISAGREEMENT. HIMARK COMPUTERS EXPRESSLY HAS NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS WHILE PERFORMING SERVICE. YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THE REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO SEEK RECOVERY OF DAMAGES AGAINST HIMARK COMPUTERS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID HIMARK COMPUTERS FOR THE SERVICE.
