We accept payment by CASH, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.

Payments by VISA and MasterCard do not attract a surcharge, payments by AMEX attract a 3.5% surcharge.

Orders paid by company cheque will be dispatched after cheque clearance unless agreed otherwise.

Company cheques of more than $5000 have to be cleared before the dispatch of the order.

All orders will be treated with utmost urgency. Every effort will be made to dispatch orders ASAP.

Delivery terms are subject to stock availability and local delivery cut off times. All quoted freight charges may vary.

Freight charges depend on the cubic weight of the parcel and destination. Please check with your sales person at the time of ordering.

Himark Computers carry a 7 (seven) day return policy from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise (Does not include networking products, please see below). All returnes must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund or store credit if you simply change your mind. Opened consumable products like ink cartridges, printers or damaged products cannot be refunded. Himark Computers is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or return products. The consumer is responsible for all shippong costs and proof of purchase is required in all cases. If a product is returned after 7 (seven) days of purchase a re-stocking fee may apply as well as a store credit only. No returns are accepted after 14 (fourteen) days of purchase.

Please choose carefully as networking products such as wireless routers, ADSL modems, network switches and access points strictly carry a 7 (seven) day store credit only return policy. All returns must be in original "sellable" condition. A restocking fee of 30% may apply to misused or incomplete packaged products.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
This computer system sold from Himark Computers come complete with 1 year parts warranty and 1 year labour warranty. By registering your Himark Computer with us, we will extend your labour warranty from 1 year to 5 years “free” of charge.
Limited Labour Warranty
Labour warranty is work carried out on your computer systems hardware by Himark Computers staff at no cost to the purchaser (“you”). For your labour warranty to carry over from one year to the next, your computer must be serviced by our technical staff. In failing to do so, your labour warranty may be void. The first service will commence within 12 months from the date of purchase and every 12 months thereafter. The service will entail the cleaning of internals, inspection of any moving components such as cooling fans, and a hardware diagnosis. This once a year scheduled service is at no cost to the purchaser.
There are two separate sections to the computer system hardware warranty. Section A, items warranted by Himark Computers and Section B, items warranted by the manufacturer (eg. Viewsonic, Canon, Hewlett Packard, Epson, Lexmark etc.)
Section A – New Computer Systems -
One Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Himark Computers, warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("you") that its NEW computer ("the actual computer case and all of its internal components") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date stated on the original invoice. Himark Computers agrees as its sole responsibility under this limited warranty, at its sole option, either to repair or replace any computer, internal component discovered to be defective within the warranty period, upon receipt of the computer by Himark Computers. Any such replacement product may, at the sole option of Himark Computers, be a new or remanufactured product. Himark Computers is not responsible for any problems arising from the installation, use, or removal of any software residing on your computer due to the nature of a personal computer, and the ability to customize the software on the computer. Software that is residing on your computer system is not covered under any warranties set forth. The warranties set forth cover only defective hardware. You should contact the manufacturer of the software company for any technical help concerning any problems you incur. The warranty is a RTB ("return to base") warranty, where the unit is to be returned to Himark Computers in its original packaging. All transportation is at the expense of the purchaser.
Section B – External Peripherals –
Manufacturer Warranty
External components (Monitor, Printer, Scanner, etc.) will be honoured by the manufacturer. These components are covered under their manufacturer warranty only. All new retail packaged merchandise, is warranted through their respected manufacturers. We do not participate in the making of these products and therefore do not warrant them. Customers must contact the manufacturer for repairs. Himark Computers in no way claims responsibility for these products or their warranties. If these warranties are handled by Himark Computers, transportation costs will apply.
Conditions:
Removal of any internal component from the computer system case by anyone other than qualified service personnel of Himark Computers will automatically VOID this warranty. This limited warranty is not applicable to: (I) normal wear and tear “dust”; (ii) abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect; (iii) damage caused by the equipment or system with which the product is used; (iv) damage caused by electrical power surges and/or spikes; (v)

The goods are to remain in title and property of Himark Computers until fully paid and cheques are cleared. Ownership of products will only be transferred to the customer when all monies owed to Himark Computers have been paid in full.

Not withstanding the foregoing paragraph, Himark Computers does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties, whether implied by custom, law or statute. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himark Computers' liability for breach of any implied warranty, condition or undertaking which cannot be excluded is limited, at the option of Himark Computers, to: (a) in the case of services, the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having services supplied again; and (b) in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of such goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
